Razoreye Adba Web Dectiverazoreye Media Group, Aka Web Dective This company stated to cancell the 3 day subscription just email them i have 3 times and they still charged ny account. After calling the phone number listed with my credit card company a gentleman answered and stated that he has nothing to do with razoeye or web dective Del Ray Florida

I have tried to email, and call and filed a dispute with my credit card company. I tried their 3 day trial membership and after 8 hours decided that the service was crap. I emailed the cancellation@razoreye.com and have yet to get a responce from them, I called the number that they have listed and it is to gentlemans house who has nothing to do with the company. Jessica keeps coming on here and defending her company just like any company owner would but the state of south dakota has been notified and are looking into investigating them.

I recieved and email about my cancellation being recieved in December and I was still charged to my credit card in January. If this company is so reputable why did I get charged in January for something that was cancelled in December???

As evident in a post, a client has received his feedback from his dispute, given that there was full documentation with his claims. If documentation will be presented, then the request will be processed.

If no reply was got from cancellation@razoreye.com, mail support@razoreye.com to get a response. I can ascertain there are representatives working in different shifts to cover 24 hours a day to process any requests or queries our clients may have. Investigation will be calmly received, as certify that all activities under Razoreye Media is legitimate, and concerns be addressed right away.
