I have read a few reports here on this company and it's all true they did the same thing to me I signed up for a 3 day trail after about 15 min of viewing useless information I sent an e-nail to cancel and get my $3.95 or $4.95 back I didn't hear from anyone so I called you can NOT get anyone to answer the phone or call back or respond to your e-mails. after about 4 days I was hit woith a $39.95 charge on my cardit's,

been almost 2 months and I haven't heard anything from them yet and to add insult to injury i had to cancel my card and have them send me a new one inorder not to have them keep charging my card and that cost me too.

The agreement in the trial states that the initial membership of 3.95 is non-refundable, but cancellation is necessary for the monthly recurring bill. Cancellation, or search assistance requests can be sent to cancel@razoreye.com, or support@razoreye.com, where representatives answer numerous mails everyday.

Confirmation of cancellation will be sent through email once the transaction has been processed, and no charges will be made from you thereon.
