Complaint Review: Razoreye Media Group

I signed up for 3 day trial of WEB DETECTIVE, a service for locating people and Email addresses. The person I was looking for did not show up on search.
I was communicating with Razoreye support to determine if I was processing request correctly. I also stated that another provider selected from their list was able to locate the person but requested $.95 to send an Email.
While waiting for a response I received a message confirming that my 3 day trial was renewed for a month at $39.95. When I called to reject the renewal I was told that I was notified via Email and if not cancelled, it was automatically renewed for $39.95 monthly. After examing the referenced Email it is not obvious

If it was a legitimate organization they would make the automatic renewal more obvious and accept cancellation when first time user misses the date by one day.
