Razoreye Media Group Was unable to connect to the Web-Detective network after signing for 3 day trial. Conditions not clear that additional charge added. unable to access a cancellation website Internet

razoreye support states that cancel address appears in previous email. unable to find cancel site only info available is removeal from email notification when bank withdrawal is made ,leads me to believe withdrawal from bank will continue. but I will not be notified membership will continue indefinitely. i was never sucessful in looking up genelogy information concerning my grandparents

If the cancel page is unavailable, there is a cancellation mail option. A mail may be sent to cancel@razoreye.com, or support@razoreye.com, and the request will be processed. Once the cancellation request receipt is sent to you, the monthly charge will automatically cease. Questions regarding the better use of the site may also be queried there.

If there is still any more trouble with the cancellation, I may also forward your details to our support to assure of cancellation.
