Complaint Review: Razoreye Media Report

Razoreye Media Or Web Detective Pro I cancelled within minutes. They will not acknowledge that I cancelled. They still debited my account three days later. Nationwide

I was attempting to search a reverse email. I went on their website and typed in the info and they immediately returned that they had the information I was looking for, but to sign up, pay the fee and I could obtain the rest of the information. I signed up, paid and when I went to find the info...none came back. I continued to search with no results. I even entered my own name, date of birth and other info needed and it came up with no records found. This site was unable to obtain any information I was looking for, on anyone.

I immediately emailed them, filled out the form but they still debited my account three days later, the 39.95 fee. I called them and left a message. They returned my message, via email and told me they had no record of my cancellation until the phone call. I do have records of the email I sent. I have continued to email them, but no response. This is a huge rip off site.

For example, you may do a search prior to ordering for "Joe Smith" and our service will find 250 Joe Smith's in our database -- but we do not know for certain whether the Joe Smith YOU are looking for is one of these 250! So, our service returns a "Positive Match" code. Since we do not know exactly what it is you are looking for, ANY exact or partial matches to your initial search criteria will come back as "Positive Match".

Regarding the cancellation we offer many ways to cancel your membership, there is no way you were charged $39.95 after three days because we allow an extra 3 days before we charge this fee so in essence you have a total of 6 days to cancel your membership which was not done within the 3 day trial period or even the additional 3 day grace period that is when you were charged the $39.95.

We offer a very easy way to cancel via the web site but also include this information on the receipt that is sent out after each purchase.
