I did a 3 day trial period for $2.99 at this company. Before the 3rd day came my bank called because there was unauthorized activity for the amount of $39.99. They cancelled my card because this.

Even though my card was cancelled, I still tried to cancel my membership. I called the number and there was a voice message saying you can't cancel by phone but at the time of signing up, it stated to call this number. They gave me 2 websites to go to and neither of them work. I googled the company name and found other reports about this company. Still I'm unable to cancel but that's alright because my card was cancelled.
