RB Motors Fraudulent Business Dealings New Philadelphia Ohio
Having had a friend stop by at RB Motors to assist me in inquiring about a particular vehicle, I myself went to ask some questions. The man I spoke to was Jeff Burkey. With lit cigarette dangling repulsively, he seemed uninterested in doing his job. I inquired about a truck that claimed to have 100,000 miles on the paper, but it had 134,000 + miles on the odometer.
He said that a new engine had been installed so the odometer was not correct. (Is 100,000 miles new?) He would not look at me, and shuffled nervously. I asked if I could see documentation of this discrepancy, but he said no and when I began to speak he literally turned on his foot and walked away and left me standing there.
Perhaps he supposes that since he is the owners son he can treat people any way he likes. He missed the opportunity to sell that truck and I was supposed to get tires from them as well, but I will not be doing so. An over $6,000 dollar loss. Be warned. Stay away.
