My wife and I are very into Halloween so it was only natural for us to want to get married on that day, unfortunately the drama begins the day before the wedding a dj called us and told us he would be performing at our wedding, this was not the same dj we hired SEVERAL months before and paid in full for, but, last minute details two locations to still decorate and several things to do left we gave him the additional information he requested from us thinking ok this guy is just another dj from the same company all will be ok. The wedding was beautiful we were excited to get to the hall and our beautiful Halloween masquerade ball, we were running a bit late when we walked in the dj who we were promised would be wearing a costume and his assistant were both in street clothes??? He seemed nice enough we didn't decide it was a problem, we were promised a laser light show that NEVER occurred. We had asked for light "new age" music for dinner as I bit into my salad I nearly choked when I heard Barry Mannilow somehow our light new age went to bad elevator music. The dj tried his best to accommodate us, but he did not have the style of music available we had asked for nor was he given the playlist we painstakingly put together several months prior. Three days after the wedding I had tried calling RBB Entertainment and no one returned my calls all of a sudden the phone rings it was the dj from my reception asking if I had heard from Ronnie Beem I had said no I was waiting on him to call me, the DJ tells me we were both scammed turned out RBB Entertainment posted my wedding on craigslist and hired a dj from there!!!!! Never gave him any details and never paid him. If it wasn't for the DJ that did show up being a nice guy and really genuinely doing his best to accommodate our needs I would sue RBB Entertainment for fraud and misrepresentation as well as emotional stress. Please do not hire this man or his company they are nightmares.
