MY MOM PASSED AWAY ALMOST 3 MONTHS AGO. I WAS HER GUARDIAN & TOOK CARE OF HER INSURANCE. SHE HAD THE INSURANCE FOR YEARS WITH LIBERTY LIFE  A RBC INSURANCE OUT OF GREENVILLE SOUTH CAROLINA. THE FUNERAL HOME NOTIFIED THEM OF HER DEATH 2-3 DAYS AFTER HER PASSING.  THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO BILL ME EACH MONTH. I HAVE CALLED THEM 4 TIMES & THE FUNERAL HAME HAS CALLED & WROTE TO THEM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THEY ARE STILL BILLING ME, ALTHOUGH THEY TELL ME THEY ARE SOOO SORRY & TO NOT PAY IT & THAT THEY WILL STOP BILLING ME.  THEY STILL BILL EVERY MONTH. NOW I HAVE RECIEVED A NOTIFICATION OF POLICY LAPSE. THEY DIDN'T PAY OUT THE POLICY.  THEY ARE TRYING TO AVOID PAYING IT & STILL COLLECT THE PREMIUM ON A DEAD PERSON. THEY ARE WANTING TO REINSTATE HER INSURANCE AFTER BEING NOTIFIED SOOO MANY TIMES OF HER DEATH. THEY HAVE NOT YET PAID THIS POLICY & THE FUNERAL HOME IS STILL WAITING ON THEIR MONEY.  I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO  EVERY TIME I CALL THEY TELL ME THE SAME THING & THEY SAY THE POLICY WILL  BE PAID IN TWO WEEKS. SAME  THING DIFFERENT PHONE CALL.  I TELL THEM HOW HURTFULL  THIS WHOLE THING IS & THEY APOLOGIZE, BUT STILL KEEP BILLING ME.  MY MOTHER WOULD BE VERY UPSET IF SHE KNEW THE FUNERAL HOME STILL WASN'T PAID .     I NEED HELP, LYNDA
