RBC Life Insurance Company rip-off life insurance company continues to take money from checking account after policy is cancelled and will not refund money Greenville South Carolina
we decided to get life insurance when my husband's blood pressure became a problem because we have two little boys and he did not want to leave myself and the children with nothing to live on.
two weeks after we acquired the insurance my husband lost his job due to cutbacks. we then cancelled the policy because we could no longer afford it. we cancelled the policy within the 30 day grace period allowed by a law that states that if you cancel an insurance within a 30 day period you are to be refunded all premiums that have been paid.
needless to say we were not refunded the premiums that we had paid in but RBC continued to draft premiums from our bank account after the policy was cancelled. i have been promised our money back at least 6 different times by 6 different people. it hasn't happened. i will stay on this and I WILL GET OUR MONEY BACK. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
