Rbh Construction Services - Sand Dollar Pools & spas took $3000.00 down payment and never built my pool ripoff Largo Florida
I hired these people to build a pool in october of 2006. I signed a contract and gave them $3000.00. They sent me an e-mail stating they would refund my money on january 26 2007.
Now they will not answer any of my calls or e-mails.
