  went to the Oldsmar Flea Market in the Tampa area and was given a demonstration on a Google Android device that lets you stream movies for free. it worked fine there but when I got the product home it didn't work at all .call the owner several times only to get an answering machine spent $250 on the unit itself. they claim you have a lifetime warranty through them which is bogus. went back to the flea market 5 times to find out they were not there no longer. spoke to the owner twice he told me he was going to replace the Box which he hasn't. it's been 11 months and nothing has been done .I talked to him today and he was so rude and nasty on the phone he told me to go f myself and I got him on recording saying that he steals money from people and moves from place to place so he doesn't get caught .beware of this man he goes from flea market the flea market stealing people's money you could buy these boxes on Amazon 50 dollars and have a better warranty and they work fine. I'm actually going to call the police and put in a report on him.

 I have submitted a complaint (Ormond Beach, FL) and followed all of their rules and was not refunded my money. They have my boxes and I was bilked out of $426.

The claims that this, obviously, discruntled customer is making are absolutely untrue.

Our company has been located in the same booth at the Oldsmar Flea Market since the beginning of 2015. Our company has not moved at any point since then. We have, however, had multiple staffing issues and therefore have been closed several weekends over the past few months. We recommend calling regarding merchandise issues prior to traveling to the store front at the flea market. There are multiple ways to get in contact with the company via telephone, Facebook, RBoxTV.com, and email. The owners business address has remained the same since April 2015. 

Our company offers a 14 day money back guarantee (full refund upon return of merchandise within 14 days of purchase) and 6 month warranty (exchange only) policy with lifetime technical support. 

If I remember correctly this customer contacted our company approximately 11 months after purchase demanding a refund. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the customer is now outside both the 14 day return period as well as the 6 month warranty period there are no further opportunities for refund or exchange for this customer. 

RBoxTV has sold tens of thousands of streaming devices across the country, and although we have the occassional disappointed customer such as this one, we have thousands of very satisified (and often repeat) customers.

It is regretful that we were unable to please this particular customer and for that we apologize. I apprecaite the business of each and every one of our customers and do our very best to tend to each of their RBoxTV needs and problems.
