We tried the box for 2 months and it only worked half the time.  We paid $200 each for 2 boxes 1 for each TV.  The 1 box on the secondary TV never worked right.  The box on the primary TV worked intermittently.  We complained numerous times, but nothing was done.  In fact, Derek Joseph was quite rude about it a few times on texts.

We cancelled our service( by telephone, email, and text) on 11/25 and unplugged the boxes the day it was supposed to be renewed and he still charged us anyway.  It was disputed with the credit card company and they refunded my 2 $20 charges.

A couple of weeks ago I got another rude text from Derek Joseph saying that we had used the boxes and have to pay.  I informed him the boxes were unplugged and have not been used since we cancelled.  In fact we immediately went back to Spectrum Cable.

Now today on Christmas day we were recharged again even though we had cancelled.

I feel this is a very rude and dishonest man running a very poor company.  I do nto recommend them to anyone.
