Longhorn Lube Inc contracted with RBR Construction as General Contractor to build an Automotive Quick Lube facility in Burleson, Texas.

The contract was executed on 5/9/2016. the project was completed in December of 2016.

Longhorn Lube Inc. faithfully and timely paid RBR construction as payment requests were submitted throughout the project, however RBR Construction elected not to pay several of their subcontractors. As of this date they still owe multiple sub contracotrs in the neighborhood of $50,000. This debt is over 120 days past due and multiple sub-contractors have filed liens on our (Longhorn Lube Inc.) property.

When contacted, Bryan Ringo; Vice President of RBR Construction always says " we will pay them next week".

We have heard this over 10 times since December 2016. Bryan Ringo continues to spout this lie from his little mouth each time he is confronted. His Brother, Richard Ringo who is President of RBR Construction has yet to even return a single phone call or respond to any of our numerous emails and text messages.

On top of these issues Longhorn Lube Inc. has reported multiple times that there is a severe roof leak that is in a customer walk way area that creates a safty hazard to both customers and employees. athis leak has been reported multiple times to RBR since November and the leak continues to happem on our brand new roof with no resolution.
