RBS Worldpay Depleted gift card with monthly fees Internet
I received a gift card for a movie theater and used it once. When I logged on several months later to check the balance, it was zero and there were 10 $2 fees that completely exhausted the card.
This is a load of crap. You prepay for services, which allows some company to earn interest the whole time the card does not get used.
Sadly, another case of banks having lobbied (i.e. bribed our elected representatives) to write laws that are totally in their favor.
