When I was promised lower rates for 3 years Worldpay customer service did not explain any penalties for cancellation.  The word contract was never used.  When I decided to change merchant service companies to have automatic recurring payments I was informed of outrageous penalties of over $3000.00.  I opted to keep the service and not use the processing.  The next month $700 was removed from my account without explaination or permission.  

This company doesn't work to help customers and takes every opportunity to charge fees when ever possible.  Save yourself a lot of money and choose someone else.
