RC Construction Crispin Reyes (CONTRACTOR) Mr Reyes came to my residence to do some siding we signed a contract and for $1,200.00 He asked for a deposit of $300.00 after he left he called and wanted to raise the pay to $1,900.00 I told him no tha he took a lookj and signed the contract. He stillwanted more money. I thetold him just to refund the three hundred dollars because he did no work period, he advised me that he would come and refund my money that has been since May 26, 2015 He no longer accepts my calls San Antonio Texas
I hired RC Construction to do some siding on my home, signed a contract with Mr Reyes for, $1,200 he asked for a deposit of $300. The following day Mr. Reyes calld and said he wanted to change the price for the work that he would be doing to $1,900 instead of the orginal $1,200. I told him no that hehas already taken $300 and has done no work that I had bought all the materals he ad asked for. I then asked for the $300 back I would loo to hire someone elsehe agreed and said he would bring the money if I gave him back the ontract. I agreed but he has yet to answer my calls or return my depost.
