Complaint Review: RC Improvement & redmodeling

i am deaf customer and  i paid handyman to repair my tv stand cabinet loose screws for $ 20 dollars. i said how much on paper thru communication  and he wrote back  he said $ 20 dolars and he will fix it and they destroy  my  beautiful tv stand up and screw all way to other wood wall  side could be sharp dangerous to children and adults  and it is not professional and unsafe.  i am upset they didnt tell me they accident screw all the way. they left here and took my money they not being honest. they should fill hole and repair and safe screw. they dont care. i called after i discovered when i look close to it and look other side and they did screw all way through and i am afraid my kid will get cut by this. i called and Roberto Cruz  said well well i have to go to sheriff for appt. it is odd call. other guy was there and they act odd and do repair and rush off without word when they took my money. they dont give me invoice and receipt like that.
