subject charged a 50% deposit for a custom made saddle due in one year. After 18 months coerced me to pay the balance for priority completion. It has been three years since last deposit, 4 years total, still no saddle. He has an identical new one for sale on his site, no doubt mine. He refuses to send it to me very reluctant to return calls, etc still says my saddle is coming
