RCA Corp. ripoff consumer rip-off fraud Indianapolis Indiana
I purchased a 32" RCA television back in July of last year it has had a high pitched whining every since I took it out of the box. I called RCA back in August, the woman I spoke with told me that it could not be the television that it had to be some kind of interferance in the cable making the noise, so we proceeded to complain to the cable company and also ran new cable through our house, and still the sound was still there, by this time the warranty was expired, and that is exactly what they told me when I called them.
I took the television to have it fixed because I could not stand to hear it any more it cost $102 to have it fixed (which it still not fixed yet). I called RCA because I thought they should be responsible for the bill because I have talked to them before about this problem, but they say they have no record that I called before, so they refuse to pay for the repair when it is evident that I purchased a broken tv. I am totally unhappy with RCA and refuse to purchase any further products from them.
