i purchased this product at KMART.COM only usedit a few times. RCA dual dvd player just quit working. i emailed the company  that was indicated on the box and they indicated that they do not repair and they "rca" sold to indivdual other companies. which i was given a phone number and email for services.

in which the warranty of course had expired but when i finally gotten a response from the "other company" the person indicated that they will repair it at no cost. i was very excited.

i mailed the box it came with, insured of course and finally recieved it back just Friday Sept 5 2014 after only a few weeks at that.  finally went to my vehichal pluged it in and still not working. nothing. dead. at least my dvr was spinning before i mailed it off.

on top of that they mailed me another dual dvd player in worst shape. i know because my dvr was clean and not a scratch on it. the screen was scratced and had white paint on the player it self,  I recieved it in a Target box without my original box i purchased it in.

i never kept my things in that kind of shape.

right now i am waiting to hear from the "rep" that i have been emailing to for my defected rca product.

 

rca needs to refund everyone that had ever bought something from them that needed repair.
