They came highly recommended. Their salesperson came out, and that was the last I heard from him.

I have a hole in my roof, and needed a tarp - salesman said that he couldn't get to it because of a tree (strange how he was able to get on the roof to inspect with the same small dogwood tree still there)

I called their office and someone else said they would help - and get right back to me - they didnt. I then spoke to someone who said they would send one of their men out to put a tarp on it - and that they don't like to tarp cost $900. It was actually a cheap tarp from walmart. I then spoke to someone in production, they said they would get back with me.. you guessed it - they didnt.

After multiple calls, and very stressful day waiting for a promised call that never came, I finally got an email from the production manager, Megan Spires that could only have been meant as a placatory answer that was filled with more waffle than cream. In her email she said she would keep me updated every couple of weeks.. 3.5 weeks later and haven't heard a word back.

I called again and asked them to either refund my money, or pay the money from the insurance company to another company that I choose so I can get a new roof. This new guy I spoke to James, gave an answer that said 'it is in production'... anyone know what that means?? I didn't either, so I asked. He said that it is in a production folder and that they can only schedule a week out, and that it LOOKS LIKE I will have my new roof in September - but no guarantees because if it rains, everything is pushed back...As this is Virginia, AND we are still in the hurricane season (until November) when then can switch to snow - I am not quite sure I will ever get a roof. When I ask to speak to someone in charge they avoid my request.
