RCA Technicolor SA Purchased an RCA TV and the manufacture warranty are not covering it. Sterling Heights Michigan

I purchased an RCA TV from local Walmart and purchased an extended warranty with the TV. Long story short the TV started to malfunction so I called the warranty phone number and they said I am covered under the manufacture warranty and need to call RCA. So I contaced the manufacture and it's been one month and they keep asking me for the same questions and requring more information time after time. Send us pictures, send us videos - send us more pictures and more videos. This is a $400 TV not a $25,000 car and all I want is RCA to send a tech to fix it or replace it!

I have recieved email after email form the customer support and answered all their emails. They asked me for pictures, videos and statments. I provided everything they wanted but it seems like every time I answer their question they want more. This is by far the worst company I delt with and I want to raise awareness among all other buyers who are interested in their products, please walk away. 

RCA should be ashamed of itself for their lake of professional courtesy - do not treat all of your customers like criminals. It is not my fault your product is not working properly.
