Complaint Review: Rca Thomson Electronics

I purchased the radio on 2/08 from Amazon.com.It was a poor performer at best,wityh plenty of reception problems and shorts.The warranty card said to send the radio to Thomson Inc.,product exchange center,11721 B Alameda Ave.,Socorro,Tx.,79927.I UPS the radio to them on7/3/08 and it was recieved by them7/7/08 and was singed for by"Sanchez".These people cannot be found ,and no phone number exists.I would think that after two months some communication would be called for.I think I was ripped off!On my next trip through El Paso ,10/08,they will meet me face to face.
