RCA (Thomson Electronics) Purcshas bad RCA 65 -inch flat screen smart tv w/built in ROKU Indianapolis Indiana

On April 12 2016 I purchased a 65 inch RCA smart TV from Fry's electronics. In Sept '16 Tv would work propely.  I call RCA and they told me to cas A & E service for repair.   The 1st avail. appt.  was 3 weeks later.  Servicman came and stated he needed to order parts.  He did and a few dayes later some one from A&E called and told me parts were not available.  They were discontinued.  Next day someone from A&E called and told me that they had found parts overseas and they would be ship to my home.  The arrived about 3 weeks later.  I calle A&E told them parts had arrived and they stated it yould be 2 weeks before they could return to my house to install.  By now almost 3 months has passed and I do not have a properly wooking TV.  but finaly service man arrive and fixed my TV.

In FEB. 2017 TV broke again. Same as before.  I called A & E and was told they no longer service RCA equipment.Also stated there was no one in AMerica servicing RCA equipment.I call all avail numbers for RCA.NO luck.  Finaly some customer service rep at Fry's Electronic gave me a number (1-916-218-4336) in CA.  I called them a opered a service ticket with them (SCT 243701) This was around March1, 2017.  Since then, I call them alsmost weekly and they alway tell me the same thing.  Tickert was turned over to Corporte RCA and they have heard nothing.  They expediate the ticket every time I Call.  It has bee 4 1/2 months sine I opened this issue.  I want them to return my $640.93 that I spent on this TV.  I do not want it repair, nor do I want another RCA TV.  I have been told all RCS Smart TV's are junk..
