RCA/ Thomson Inc. Thomson Inc. does not back up their products. Poor, disappointing customer service Marietta Georgia
April 2008 I bought a RCA TV from Walmart in Northlake, Illinois. 4 days after the warranty expired, I contacted customer service. I was basically told, I am out of luck. I also contacted WalMart and have not received a response. Thomson Inc. sent me a letter thanking me for my comments. There was not a solution for the malfunctioning tv. The local tv repair shop has invested 5 different occasions attempting to repair. I now am a proud owner of a seldom used tv that doesn't work.
