RCA Thomson Multimedia ripoff 61" widescreen TV broke less than 6 months getting repaired for 3 months customer service don't give a crap San Francisco California

I purchased a RCA 61" widescreen TV and in less than 6 months it broke down.The authorized TV repair shop given to me by RCA (Thomson Multimedia) still has my TV for about 3 months and counting.

The repair shop cannot do anything because they are waiting for parts by RCA.When I talk to the representaves at RCA they tell me the parts are on back order.It is not the repair shops fault because they need parts directly from RCA (since it is still under warranty).

Once the shop finally gets the part from RCA something else goes wrong and I need to wait for another part and the cycle continues. After speaking again with RCA, they basically have the attitude that they don't give a s**t, I have to wait there is nothing they can do.Sure, they have my $3000 who cares if I have to wait 3 months and counting on getting my TV back.

PLEASE, I beg everyone not to buy anything (or at least anything expensive) from RCA.I assure you, you will have nonexistant customer service on replacing or fixing the item.
