RCD Recycling Stolen recyclables and do not honor CA crv Los Angeles California
First they stole items from me by simply saying that they weren't CRV and throwing them onto their pile without asking if I wanted them back. When I asked for them to be returned they said there is no way for them to know which items were mine and had their workers crowd me as an intimidation tactic.
Secondly the cashier and all of the workers didn't know the rules of by the count recycling. They initially told me that I could not return my cans and bottles by count, and eventually called the assumed owner and put me on the phone with him and he lied and said that you can only return 50 per day by count although there is no limit to the amount of trips as long as you wait in line again to redeem your CRV by count, not simply once a day, once per visit.
Third issue is that their scales are very off. I weighed my loads at home just in case I ran into issues (basic weight to 100th), which I did with this "business", and they shorted me by 3 pounds so I took my business else-where. Also their nets are tagged as high weights while missing most of their mass from time and use.
