Rcg International Corporation AKA Eduardo Rodriguez Torres AKA Medical Care Marketing Services ran illegal Medicare marketing campaigns from Colombia in order to get profit from moving people between different Medicare Insurance Companies like Humana, Leon, CarePlus, etc. The company ran from March 2009 to October 2009 and left big account without payment such as Payrolls for 8 people, call center seats rent, apartment rent, mobile phone bills, etc. 



Be careful when making Businesses with these individuals or corporations, you may loss  money!!! 



Eduardo Rodriguez uses two principles: OPM, OPW in order to get profits work with "Other People Money and Other People Work".



The mobile phone number 7864864043 is no longer assigned to Eduardo Rodriguez, the other phone number is a MagicJack number 3058484868 which appears to be at the following address:
