RC Groups Website has many problems. They have completely lied about paid vendor banner advertising in how the results are seen to consumers. They also allow vendor slamming of others we trade with. We have seen many businesses register just to try to correct the fraudulent claims.
Anonymous individuals are allowed to slam shops and websites. The Anonymous buyers admittedly do not even own most of the products, but post buyer beware warnings as facts. This has gone on for years.
The website owner Jim Bourke does nothing to stop it. Repeated contact with him does nothing. You can google and still see false claims years later on his site. He has a policy of never removing anything whether its true or false. This is costing store owners money. We have contacted many who have been hurt.

In the months after Stephen's death, the Pattons say his classmates and other parents have approached them with tales of harassment and severe bullying that Stephen endured daily at the Floyd County school, which has a little more than 300 students.
Sheila and Lawrence say they are outraged that no one from the school informed them of the situation.

As an avid reader of Ripoff Report, and a long-time member of RCGroups, I was curious to see this report come up.
While I agree that certain individuals slam certain vendors (probably a competitor), others individuals are quick to step in and correct the slammer if they are spouting off garbage.
However, a lot of the threads ring true about certain vendors. Just like here on Ripoff Report, all vendors have the ability to log in to RCGroups at no cost and post replies to complaints.
And about the banner thing, I personally know several vendors that have advertised with RCGroups, and none of them have reported any problems.
So, what company do you own so that I can see what kind of reports you've had on RCG?
