Project Manager for over 6yrs.Corporate office forced the employees to put on paysheets only40 hrs. worked so they would not have to pay overtime.Or they would be fired. Some as much as 75 to 80 hrs per week All the paysheets look the same LOL I am not a disgruntled employee I told them how I was going to leave the Co. and they complied.Why did they comply because they thought I was just going to go away. I knew to much.They are a national Co. making millions of dollars employing close to one thousand people as a sub contractor for all the major Cable Co.s you won't see any filed complaints because they go directly to the Cable Co.No vacation pay no holidays no benifits no days off. They made you use your own vehicle 40,000 miles or more per yr. without reimbursment I have copies of everything (paysheets everything)I found out about a group fileling a class action suit in Ca. 9 months before I left and settleing out of court and started covering my employees and myself. (Rumor) has it that they just settled with 4 more past employees Pa and NJ.I worked without salary up until just before I left .There lawyer advised them to do that I was a dedicated employee my Regional Manager told his boss I was more dedicated than him.I to worked 80 hrs a week no vacation holidays benifits days off.The Girls in the office got all that stuff and they deserved it.They save hundreds of thousands of dollars a year by not paying overtime. Corparate greed I don't think I need to say anymore huh. Heres the kicker they still don't pay overtime 3:40 am sry about the spelling and what have you.Thats not my name either just so you know.Can you say Class Action Suit

They also cheat on signing up new customers .They say use any old social secuity number .This company is a pure example of what's wrong in America .I have worked for this company in sales,service and equipment pick up .All sides of this company are full of complete disreguard for US laws . Not to mention the abuse of workers hours and more .

If you work past 40 hours your employer has to pay you time in a half. Unless you are on salary . If you are on hourly wages and did not pay you overtime I would report this to the laborboard. make sure you have paystubs send the laborboard a copy but keep 1 to yourself . They will look into this . If the laborboard sees that you are owed back pay they will make the company you work for pay that to you plus they can fine your former employer as well. I understand its up to $1000 or higher.
When I worked for a company I wrote on a separate paper what time I came in and what time I left. I kept track of my hours. I have been cheated out of hours by another company I will not mention. I am no longer with this company I was previously with because of a customer lying about me. I do not get mad I get even and paybacks are you know what. I even advised people not to shop at the store I used to work at . I know alot of my regular customers stopped shopping there after I left. I know they told thier friends and family . Word of mouth can help and it can also hurt.
If thie company you mentioned in this report will get caught when they do they will have to suffer for what they did . If any company cheat thier employees out of hours and gets investigated and caught I have no sympathy for the owners.
