RCI Auctions SELLER BEWARE!!!! Internet
I was approached by RCI Auction representative to allow them to list my restaurant equipment. I was more than reluctant to do so but ultimately I did. Ultimately I had to wait and wait and wait to get paid after the auction concluded and even then I was not paid what I feel I was supposed to be paid. When you call to speak to them and if you happen to get Kelly the "Manager" she is less than concerned about your concern and she gets down right nasty with you on the phone.
I am disgusted with myself for trusting this company, I should have followed my gut but I was charmed into believing they were a good honest company but in MY opinion they are far from that and are the typical representation of the type of businesses that once they get your money they could care less about Customer Service or Satisfaction. You are much better off and safer to use a legitimate company that have been in business for many years than to trust RCI Auctions. I learned my lesson!

WOW looks like the post is getting the best of the owner. The problem is the owner of RCI obviously doesn't want the truth known. I looked and there is actually another complaint on here under just RCI from yet another unhappy customer who purchased items from a auction and never got them and had to charge back to their credit card.
Company's like this rely on peoples ignorance and try to intimidate people with threats of lawsuits but it really doesn't matter because from what I read here the all posters have been with in their rights to express THEIR OPINIONS and state what has happened to them. RCI needs to get their business together or go out of business. If you notice the RCI owner doesn't list his actual name or contact information LOL funny he expects the posters to do this. I'm sure his attorney will be laughing his a*s off since libel is extremely hard to prove and this website has proven they do not have to remove post or disclose any information of posters time and time again. Hey RCI treat people right and you wont have these issues, obviously you have several people unhappy with you if you spent more time trying to solve customer issues and less on proving libel claims you might just not have so many issues. I myself will continue to spread the word of what you did to me with out hesitation or intimidation from you!

The post above is a LIE.
RCI Auctions is a reputable company. The person writing this report is obviously looking to smear the RCI company name.
As you can see, no name or contact information was posted by the owner. This is most likely the same person posting other reports on this website and other websites in a smear campaign. We know who this is and they will be dealt with legally and are just doing whatever they can while they can to stir up trouble because they have nothing better to do.
RCI pays all clients in a timely manner. We do not claim to be perfect however all sellers get paid the full amount they are due and receive breakdowns of the auction totals and what they are due.
We challenge the poster of this ripoff report to state the name of their auction and why they feel they were not paid in full for their sale. We have received NO emails from previous customers saying they felt they weren't paid what they were due. None. We have no lawsuits. None. We depend on repeat business and referral business.
Check your facts and research our company. We have many references from both large companies and small business owners alike. RCI now has (2) reports on this website - both within just 3 days of each other. Coincidence? We think not! Smear campaign and a copy of this report is going to our lawyer for review.
