Complaint Review: RCS Centre - Aka Plasade Aka OSI Company Aka Sherman Acquisitions

Parent mentally compromised, thus I saw bank records. In statement saw what appears to be a check parent had endorsed and deposited in checking account. Gross errors: her name wrong, company named spelled differently on the check (Centre and Center) and OSI as company on check.

It was not a check but rather an automatic deposit from her account to RCS Centre. I called RCS and they said never heard of her even though I have the number of the account they say on deposit slip. Had same story of others who have written you: always foreign people (India?), given same name as your previous reports (Max Carter), found 8 different company names so far, etc.

Bank of America where RCS deposited the automatic transfer has refunded the money. They told us RCS had access to all of the money her in the bank ($150,000) even though in different bank numbers. Her account closed immediately by them.

With time I hope to learn how the scammers got her name and information. She had no computer so it was not through the computer.
