Complaint Review: rcs remodeling robert smith

This company did my grandmothers roof it took over a month to get job "complete" which it never actually was(owner said job would take 5 days),they only worked two days a week severly overcharged !!!the work they did caused even more damage as the roof was leaking after the first rain,roof was not leaking prior to having them do job,we could not get them to come and correct job or even answer phone after owner "robert" recived final check.we had to hire and pay real roofing professionals to come and remove and redo and replace the mess of a job these guys did,it was nothing but a rip off and i will never ever recommend or wish what happened to our family to happen to anybody else.very unprofessional and terrible quality of work.total rip off.
