Complaint Review: RCW Enterprises

In 2010 and 2011 I worked for Randy Winn with RCW two different times.  I have no idea why I decided to go back the second time.  His company is a rip off and Randy lies all the time.....  None of my paychecks ever came out to the amount they said they would be.  Randy always has some excuse about why my check is smaller than he said it would be.  He told me all the time I was an important employee but I got taxed like an independent contractor.  I just found out that no taxes got withheld and now I have to pay thousand in taxes that I do not have or was told I'd have to pay.  I do not think Randy has any clue what his company does or how to run a company.  All his workers talk nice to him to make him feel better but we all really do not respect him at all.  Randy does not know anything and makes his b***h of a wife or this a*****e named Jeff do all the real work since those guys at least know something. 

I got ripped off by these guys TWICE!  Don't go work there unless you want to get ripped off!
