Complaint Review: Rddusa

I ordered jacket from this military surplus store. I ordered size xl. they sent me jacket that had no size listed on tag, but was medium at best! I called long -distance and spoke to them personally. I sent it back as per their instructions. They then sent me a jacket that was size large but not xl as I had asked for. At this point, I called again and was told that person who shipped it had tried it on himself and it fit him just fine!

I had wasted 2 months shipping this jacket from N.C.to CAL. and made several long distance calls to them as their e-mail service is always down! I asked for refund, but ended up losing two-thirds of the price I paid for it due to " re-stocking and re-shipping charges!" They have their jacket back and I am out two-thirds of the money I PAID! If you want military surplus,do not use this co.-(rddusa). It is a shame to treat people who served their country this way.
