If you receive an e-mail from William at BaxterDevelopments.ca asking for your resume, be warned, it is a likely scam.  After giving William an updated resume, you will receive a call from RDG Careers trying to schedule an interview for career search help.  I asked several times how RDG Careers is compensated, and was told that the first visit was free but subsequent appointments may not be. 


The e-mail from William is as follows:

They are based out of Toronto and specialize in assisting experienced professionals like yourself. I received an email from Nelson Webber at Webber Services asking for my resume to be forwarded to his local affiliate.  After forwarding my resume, a couple of days later I received a call from Diana at RDG Careers in Toronto. The phone number she gave me corresponds the the number on the RDG Careers website. 
After reading all of the scam reports I am going to avoid RDG and all of the potential heartache that other have suffered.  Thanks for your reports.
