Complaint Review: Re Vitalize Skin Serum and ReNew Eye Cream

I have been trying to speak with someone that was listed as customer service about your product that I did not order. The first young man was Kirby very nice and helpful. He said that I needed to call some one else to get my refund on the ReNew Eye Cream. 888-403-7786, I called they refunded the 2 charges 0f $89.95 that was taken from my account on 1-3-17 and 1-30-17. On the other hand I called again on Monday 877-782-5621, because if they ( ReNew Eye Cream) were able to refund my money same day why was it going to be 5 to 7 days for a refund on the $88.10 that was taken from my account on 1-3-17 and 1-30-17. 1. I never recieved so called samples that they said I called and ordered with disclaimer of cancel after 14 days to stop further shipments. Nor did I authorize anyone to deduct these charges from my account. 2. Spoke to a young? Travis 999968 from start to finish he was condicending, rude, and just a jerk: I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told "My supervisor said they don't have time to mess with you, you need to get wit you institution and file a fraud". Said supervisor was supposed named Joshua and you would know who he was.call was made at 8.50ish . .3. Yes I told the young man he was rude a jerk and condicending. I ask for head quarters number he said he wasn't at liberty to give that out. I am disabled and would never buy your product just because of the price alone I only get a certain amount of money to live on each month. So $356.10 is a lot of money for your company to withdraw from my account in one month. I also pulled up this about your product ReVitalize Age Defying Skin Serum Cons Insufficient ingredient compilation. Little is known about the cream’s individual ingredients. Failure to cancel the trial offer is tantamount to being charged the full cost of the product. Several customers have also complained about difficulty in cancelling their auto-shipment orders as well as free trial offers. Little information is given concerning the product’s money back guarantee. All I Want is to have the last payment of $88.10 to be returned to my account. But Travis said that can't happen and the person that refunded the $89.95 x 2 should have never done this, protocol was not followed. So I am asking please that is my bill money, I know that if someone took that chunk of money out of your account you wouldn't be happy and even less happy to deal with a jerk in customer service that needs people person skills. Again I would never buy your product and hope you do the right thing the customer is always right and should never have to deal with what I did with lil Travis. I might be poor but I am still a person and I pay my bills and am no different than anyone other than I am poor.
