The company and or operation known as reach out wireless DBA Nexus communication out of Ohio
Urandi Ward I would like to state that it took over 4 months to get a replacement phone as Nexus spun replys and bombarded me with hang up calls and mis information and then non reply until I contacted your office, so with that being said please don not let this fly by night non compliant company spin any thing that has transpired between the two of us...
At last about a month and 27 days ago I received a replacement phone that is BROKEN
I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES AND GOTTEN NO WHERE , WHAT IS HAPPENING IS UNJUST ENRICHMENT BY NEXUS
FOR I PAY $26.50 A MONTH FOR UNLIMITED TEST AND TALK
HOW EVER AFTER WE HAVE EXAUSTED EVEY POSSIBLE REMEDY
WE CANNOT GET MY SO CALLED NEW PHONE TO “ TEXT”
I CAN NOT SEND A TEXT NOR RECIVE A TEXT
OPERATOR DASHIR OR RASHIRE AT REACH OUT WIRELESS AT 614-664-2785 HAS FAILED TO COMPLY AND SEND ME A WORKING PHONE , I CAN TALK ON MY PHONE BUT NOT TEXT
That’s not what I want nor what I am paying for
I am DISABLED AND CAN NOT IN ANY CASE BE WITHOUT COMMUNICATIONS NOR CAN I GO OUT AND BUY A PHONE IN THE INTERM FOR THEM TO RE SEND ME A NEW PHONE – REMEMBER LAST TIME IT TOOK ALMOST 4.5 months and a lot of letters and hang ups.
SO WITHTHAT BEING SAID NEXUS WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM
YET I PAY 26.50 FOR UNLIMITED TALK AND TEXT BUT NEXUS IS NOT UPHOLDING THIER END OF THE CONTRACT AND THEREFORE I AM PAYING FOR SERVICE NOT RENDERED
IM PAYING 26.50 A MONTH FOR BOTH TEXT AND TALK OF WHICH IM ONLY GETTING 50%
I SATATED THAT I WAS GOING TO REVERSE CHARGES ON MY CARD AND I WAS THREATNED BY THE COMPANY NEXUS THAT MY SEVICE WOULD BE SHUT OFF AND I WOULD BE SUBMITTED TO A LARGE RECONNECTION FEE.
I ALSO IN THE EVENT OF NON PAYMENT FOR UNLIMITED TALK AND TEXT
I AM ENTILTED TO 250 FREE MIN FOIR ITS UNDER LIFE LINE GOVERMENT PHONE OF WHICH I AM ELGEBIL , THIS ALSO HAS BEEN IGNORED AND MAY I ADD THAT MY PHONE TO DATE HAS BEEN SHUT OFF IN ERROR 2 TIMES AND ALSO AFTER PAYMENT NO UNLIMITED TALK AND TEXT WAS ADDED WHICH LED ME TO ANOTHER PHONE AT AN OLD LASY WHO LIVES INMY BUILDING TO CALL THEM ONLY TO HAVE THEM YELL AT ME , BE RUDE AND GET A RUN A ROUND I have had it !
THIER FINAL CONCLUSION IS TO TAKE MY MONEY GIVE ME NO CREDIT / NO NEW PHONE THAT HAS TEXT ABILITY AND THEREFORE LEAVE ME WITH A BROKEN PHONE
AS I HAVE STATED IN THE PAST IF THEY ARE DOING THIS TO ME THEN THEY ARE DOING IT TO THOUSANDS
Anyone reading this who wants to file A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST NEXUS COMM DBA REACHOUT WIRELESS CONTACT tHE ILLINOIS STATE aTTORNEY GENERAL
THIS COMPANY DESERVES A LOOK INTO AND I AM DEMANDING THAT I RECIVE A WORKABLE PHONE THAT CHARGES CORRECTLY, AND ACCORDING TO NEXUS I AM TO SEND BACK MY PHONE AND WAIT PERHAPS ANOTHER 4 MONTHS FOR THEM TO REMEDY THE ISSUE –- THIS I CANNOT AND WILL NOT DO
I AM DISABLED NEED MY PHONE FOR DOCTORS , AND 911
FURTHERMORE I DONT TRUST THEM
I HAVE ASKED A SA PROFESSIONAL COURTESY AND IN CONSIDRATION OF ALL THE TROUBLE THAY HAVE PLACED ME THROUGH THAT PERHAPOS THEY COULD SEND ME MY NEW PHONE ACTIVATE IT / GIVE ME A CREDIT DUE/ AND THEN WITH OUT DELAY I WOULD RETURN THE BROKEN PHONE AND CHARGER TO THEM INSURED AT MY COST.
THIS IS FAIR
BUT AS IT STANDS NEXUS WILL NOT BUDGE CONTUNUES TO TAKE MY MONEY DISMISS MY FREE MIN'S AND EXSPECT ME WORK WITH A BROKEN PHONE THAT I WAITED FOUR MONTHS AND A HALF FOR.
I ASK YOU WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE ?
PLEASE HELP ME GET JUSTICE FROM NEXUS AND I DEMAND THAT THAT THEY UPHOLD THIER END OF THE AGREEMENET THAT CURRENTLY THAY HAVE BREECHED.

Reach out wireless DBA Nexus Communications in spite of their shady past and less than proper operations at last has sent me my new phone (it took 2 months and 11 phone calls) I tried to send a letter to the coporate office in Columbus Ohio and they had it returned to me -- unread with no such address or a incompleate address lable attached on my returned letter - this would be false and its purpose would be to only aggervate the consumer ( this was thier legal department by the way the letter was sent to along with a copy to the Illinois state OFFICE OF THE INSPECTOR GENERAL reply-- who requested me to send my complaint follow up to the State of Illinois .
Well that seems to have gotten the attention of this Goverment phone company contractor, and as to date July 15th 2015 a new phone was sent to me and the broken phone was returned to the company with pre paid lables that were sent to me to off set any further cost to me and aggervation by NEXUS communications.
I have my phone and now lets see if I get my credit for unjust enrichment for only giving me 50% of the service that they billed for which was $26.50 a month for unlimited talk and text of which I recived no text options for 2 months.
If one has to choose a company for a lifeline phone or goverment phone with free min's this would not be the best company to work with.
