 REACHOUT WIRELESS SENT 2 BAD PHONE IN ROW, ONE WITH  SPRINT WIRLESS NETWORK, NOT REACHOUT WIRELESS NETWORK, SO YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE SPRINT CUSTOMER TO USE THE PHONE --UNABLE TO MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS NOR TEXT.  INSTEAD OF REACHOUT SENDING A COURTESY OR REPLACEMENT PHONE, NO THEY INSISTED i SENT THE BAD PHONE BACK AND THEY FIX IT  "AGAIN"  IN THE TURNAROUND TIME IS 3-4 WEEKS THEY SAID.   by the way they don't have next day delivery.....this phone must be coming from  china!!!!!
