 I believe Wireless is a service oriented business and if you can not provide satisfactory services then you have no tight to be in this nusiness. I am a 78 years old senior citizen who used reachout wireless services since 2010. Primarily the phone they provided was dropping calls more then I would be talking. So I ended up paying for the upgrade and got LG phone. No better luck the same situation first I thought it was the phone but later realized it is the servic. In June 2014 my phone services were disconnected without any notifiation. I had no way to contact them.

In July when I moved in with my son due to health issues I used his phone to contact Reachout wireless. I was asked to fax some documents which my son faxed it the next day, I called reachout wireless about a week later to check the status of my phone activation and they transferred my calls from one rep. to other. That day i was on the phone for over three hours trying to find out simple information. Finally one of the rep. asked me for the phone inforamtion such as hex # from the back of the phone and puts me on hold.

Line got disconnected expected the rep. to call back that never happened. I called back and recording stated "Due to high call volume please leave your name and phne number and will get back with you. Never received any call from Reahout wireless. So waited for another two working days thinking since the reachout wirless rep. has the hex # of my phone must be taking care of the issue of activating the phone. No service yet so being tired of holding for three hours on phone decided to chat with them online.

Everytime so far six chat sessions I had with them since July get the same answer check back with us in 3-5 business days. This morning while chatting with Prince (Rep.) colletcts all the information from me such as name, address, last four of my SSN and giving me the same answer. So I asked for him to tell me as to what does my accout indicat the last time I contacted Reachout wireless refarding the same issue and tells me he can not give out the information. I have been hearing the same jorgan " Chcek back with us in 3-5 Bussiness days" Since July 2014 until now I still have not seen the end of 3-5 business days.
