Reachout Wireless Stole my money Internet
This company sent me two cell phones that did not work, so i finally bought my own phone to use, and they tell me that it is not compatible with their servicve, even though it was the verizon phone with no sim card, which is what they told me would work. So I asked them to refund my money so I could go to another carrier so I could have my phone turned on and they refused to give my money back, refused to reprogram my phone so it would work , and refused to supply me with a comparable phone to the one I already purchased. I have been without a phone for over a week because of this! I just want my money back so I can go to a reputible cell phone company.
