ROOMS TO GO
I set up an order that I didn't know when I would be ready for by putting 20% down. Explaining that I didn't know when I would want it or that things could change and I may have to cancel due to lack of moving information at the time.

When things got settled and I tried to cancel they said I could pput I would lose 20% of my money. With the order it is over $600. So now the order is sitting there with no idea of what to do. If it sits there to long that get to keep my money. I have to buy something else there or lose it!
How far is that??

The items are over priced! They have no customer service skill & they have a careless attitude! One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing! And they aren't up front with there policies!
