Readers Across America I subcribed to a magazine, I was hesitant but the girl explained that they were legitimate and her mom even looked this company onliine and they were in good standings Denver Colorado
When I gave the girl a check she said If I did cancel to do it within 3 business days, which I did. I was told to send both copies, which I did not. Infact I kept one...... I was told that they would not cash my check and would be sent back to me with the reciept.
What was odd about her going door to door is that she told me I had to write my drivers license on the check which I did not. I thought that was odd when your check has all the information on it.
Secondly she said she would get points if customers just wrote a check and cancelled right away. Which she showed me 3 checks that other customers had done.
This was done in the beginning of September and I hope customers do not go through what I did even though she was convincing. Do not buy magazines at your residence from kids, just candy maybe??
