Readers Direct Customer service is horrible and mean. Will not let you cancel b/c it cost Readers Direct money. That is terrible, esp in this econonmy. They are not very understanding Boca Raton Florida
Readers Direct is a terrible company and a rip-off. Customer service is horrible and not understanding to their customers. They will not let you cancel you magazine orders because it costs them money. Too bad.
