I was approached by Sophie, Terina's daughter at the Trader Joe's Culver City parking lot. She tells me that she felt my energy and she HAD to give me a reading. I'm a nice person and I let her do her thing. She tells me that someone is extremely jealous of me and that this person did a curse on my mother while she was pregnant with me and because of that I'll never find love. Being the gullible and vulnerable girl that I am, I believed her. She proceeds with her reading and tells me that in order to get rid of this said curse she needs $450 that night because her and her mother Terina are going to some ritual where they light candles or something obscure and ridiculous.
Well I'm the ridiculous one and I went to the ATM and took out $350. She asks me to write down 3 things that I want in life and 3 things that I do not want in life. We agreed to meet the next day so that she can share her findings and the action plan to get rid of this curse. I show up at the agreed upon location and she is nowhere to be found. She doesn't respond or answers any of my calls. Two hours later I am getting phone calls and text messages from Terina, apologizing for Sophie and that she really needed to speak to me.
I did my research and found a rip-off report on Terina and ignored all calls. I can't believe how stupid and dumb I felt. Never again will I let anyone get to me like that.

The psychic reader scammer in question, Terina and her daughter also work out of an apartment in Culver City. She doesnt actually live there but is there nearly everyday with her scammy looking daughter. She spends most of her time on the phone loudly demanding that people give her money and giving them various threats.
She is here most evenings and most weekends.
You can find her at 5445 Sepulveda Blvd in Culver City, 90230.
Her unit is the front unit that faces the sidewalk. It doesnt actually have a unit number. Walk around to the rear of the unit, by the mailboxes and knock on that door. She drives a dark blue older model Mercedes wich is usually parked in front or on a side street. Becareful if you go to the rear door, she may try to sneak out the front door.
The building managers unit if you need to speak with him is on the 2nd floor all the way at the end by the alley.
The building is managed by JDB Properties at 3108208268. They might like to know what kind of people they have hanging out in their building.
I suggest that you stop by and ask her to return your money. Be sure to let everbody around there know that she has your money.
Culver City Police say they are aware of her and what she does.
