 I signed up for ReadyDebit thinking that this will be my solution to my banking problems. No it was not. I had problems from the beginning but was hoping that once everything settled it would be easrier to work with them, I was wrong. On June 29, 2013, I bout gas was trying to wait on the pending transaction to be completed when I checked my account. Someone had gotten into my account and spent $122.16. I told a repersenitive who closed my account asap. I told her before she did that, that I want to get my money out of the account because I was not positive on how long it would take to clear up my account so I wanted my cash in my pocket. When I called back up I asked her if I could use the atm now to get my cash out she said I have until 4pm. When I got to an atm later that day I was told that they cannot open my account for me since it had already been closed. It is now 4th of july and I still have not gotten my money. Everytime I call up there I get lie after lie about my account. I told them that I do not want to open another account and that I just want my money and I have another bank now that I am happy with. Well still no knowing when Ill receive my money. Can I go to the police, because now they are just holding my money for no reason after Ive asked 10 different times for my cash?
