I receive social security for my daughter she is 14 had her SSI check automatic deposited on the ready debit card when i log in it showed it was deposited. When I call says it's available. But when i use it it's denied. So I called( no one speaks english) they tell me it's froze until I send a bunch of info. So I had to go to SS office get letter. I sent all the info now they say it takes 5 business days before I can get my money im a single mom, now my rent will be late we have no food and I can't pay my bills. So when i get it I'll have to pay late charges what a horrible company. On the website it shows it as available I. Asked them why wouldn't they show it as froze when i look it up, because that would have saved some embarrassment from being denied trying to use it they told me they don't have that option on their website or their phone line. Lol maybe it's because they have no right holding my money I wish someone would stop them

 WHY are you messing around with some dumb card like this when a checking account from a bank would be much better? Let me guess...you've had massive overdraft fees because of your lack of management of a checking account and you can't even get one now! WHY is this account "frozen" as you stated? Have you also had multiple attempts to withdraw money which wasn't there because of your continued lack of financial management? You can throw away the unwed mother sympathy card because that has NOTHING to do with this!
