Complaint Review: Ready Flowers

Ready Flowers www.readyflowers.com They didn't delivered my order. I complained and they promised to deliver with upgraded flower, still no delivery. I kept trying to contact them. The phone number they present was not connected, holiday /business hour message only, no way to talk in person. They never replied to my e-mails or service request form I have been sending in. I finally canceled the order, but the money was not back either. They have the worst attitude to the customer. No follow up confirmation for anything they should have done. I want my money back. Internet

I was using www.readyflowers.com for a couple of years, it was fine until this particular order.  I order flower as a gift to my parents, they were not delivered for two weeks after the delivery date I asked.  I contacted to the cuss stoner service via e-mail, it was a slow response but I had a response saying the florist didn't has eye the flower that I order so they change the local florist and deliver there flower with upgraded quality, I was waiting to see my flower was delivered.  Another two weeks past, flower was not delivered.  I kept contact to the customer service, no reply for two months now.  I finally canceled the order, but no response, no money back.  No explanation for things bad service.  I want to get my money back,  They obviously took my money with No service Or communication.  This is a crime.
