I placed an order at this website on June 15, 2009, and another on June 23, 2009. After approximately one month, I had not received either of the orders, and I emailed to inquire. One week later I received my initial order placed June 15, but I have never received the order placed on June 23. The total charges on this order are $42.37.

I have emailed many times, and only once had a response. At that time, I received an email from Ms. Wayt that she was out and would check on the order as soon as she returned, and advise the status. I never heard from her again.

It is now more than three months since I place the order, and I have sent many additional emails requesting a refund of my money, but my attempts have been ignored.

I have copies to substantiate all this information.

After filing my initial report, I received an email that the order was being shipped. On October 15 I received the order.
